Reservation Procedure

  • To confirm the reservation, 50% of the package price must be paid as an advance payment.
  • The remaining 50% of the package price should be paid during check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs between 15 to 30 days before the check-in date, 25% of the advance payment will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs within 15 days of the check-in date, there will be no refund.
